Ar. Muhammed Sayyaf AC

An Architect, Urbanist, Entrepreneur, and Academician based in Calicut, who mainly focuses on socio-ecological and spatial issues. He has worked as an architect with Prasanth and Associates, Architects, Calicut. He is an alumnus of the Department of Urban Design, School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi. He then founded a multi-disciplinary firm called Utharam, and is a Trustee and Director of CoEarth Foundation, an NGO focused on socially and environmentally responsible Architecture. He was an Assistant Professor at DC School of Architecture And Design, Vagamon, and the Chief Operating Officer of Athyodan Construction, both based in Calicut.
He is currently working as an Assistant Professor at EKC College of Architecture, Manjeri, Malappuram. He is also an Associate Member of the INDIAN INSTITUTE OF ARCHITECTS (IIA), an Associate Member of the INSTITUTE OF URBAN DESIGNERS, INDIA (IUDI), and an Associate Member of INTERNATIONAL COUNCIL ON MONUMENTS AND SITES, INDIA (ICOMOS-INDIA). He is well-versed in the field of architecture, urbanism, sustainability, and academics, and is dedicated to creating innovative and sustainable solutions for the built environment.
