Calicut University Wushu Championship: Kunnamangalam and Guruvayurappan College Crowned Champions

In the Calicut University Men’s and Women’s Wushu Championship held at Eranad Knowledge City Government College Kunnamangalam emerged as the champions in the men’s category while Zamorin’s Guruvayurappan College secured the title in the women’s category.

In the men’s category, Farook College and Zamorin’s Guruvayurappan College secured second and third places respectively. In the women’s category Government College,Kunnamangalam and Government College of Physical Education claimed the second and third positions respectively.

Manjeri Circle Inspector, Mr. Sunil Pulikkal inaugurated the championship. The Deputy Director of the Calicut University physical education Department Dr. Bibin and the Chief Official of the competition International Wushu Referee Dr. C.P. Arif Palazhi distributed the prizes to the winners.The event was led by the program convener and Head of the Physical education department at Eranad Knowledge City, Mr. Muhammad Sahlu KP.
